can anyone suggest a good place for a man to get a manicure??

no happy endings please!!

Your profile says you have no money and it sounds like you're looking for a job. Should a manicure be high on your priority list right now? :o

Serious question here:

What is the difference between getting your nails cut and a manicure? Is it just that they pull the dead skin out too instead of just cutting your nails, or do they go as far as putting lotions/polish on your nails too?

manicure, cut nails, pull dead skin around naild out + scrub them. Clean your feet and heels... Some place will charge you more if you need nail polish, but the place I always go never charge me... 250 baht for pedicure and manicure.

Happy Feet

Men should get manicure and pedicure as much as women. Especially men, wearing closed toes shoes even more than women.... Business men should taking care of their hands even more, shaking hands is important as a first impression. The salon experience just cannot be beat. While you will spend more money going to a salon, it is the ultimate exercise in relaxation. Kick back, let someone else do the work, and you leave with amazing-looking feet.

Professional pedicure/ manicurist will properly cut/trim your nails, so you do not get ingrown toenails which are painful when it occurs, they will cut and push back the cuticles, file your hands/feet, getting rid of the dead cells, skin exfoliated, and calluses managed. Some men prefer to have several coats of sheer polish on especially the french pedicure for men, most don't. Bring on your favorite book, ipod and being served tea while getting your nails done. If men can have a foot massage, why cant men get taken care of the appearance of their hands/ feet? Mens Law B.S.!
