I love Thai music ! :D

Every year I go on holiday there is some new funny song that seems really popular. This year I kept hearing this one - Jang si mun tong tohn.

Someone described the song to me as meaning - I wake up and still feel drunk. Is that right ? Is there somewhere online I can find the lyrics for this ? Or can anyone tell me what he's saying in the song ? It sounds funny but I can't understand it. Thanks !

Those dancers are great !

beer bars with pink lights music

I heard it everywhere from beer bars to market stalls. Didn't seem to get played on Fan TV too much though. They just kept playing - Khon ban diaw gon. :D

Thanks for explaining the crocodile/ lotus emblem. So does this just mean - I wake up and still feel drunk ? What else is he saying ? It's so funny I'd love to know. :D

reminds me of beer bars... which i loath....

but i do find some of this music trippy and fun... hear it all the time in taxis too.

kind of also reminds me of the Malay/indonesian equivilent... dang doot music.

Also, a lot of similarities to south american stuff too.

all in all... drunken jiggy-jiggy music

Great stuff ! :D I can't read and write Thai (or even speak it much) so if it would be convenient to get an English translation that would be great.

Khop khun khap. :D
