What can I say? Looks like everybody had a good time...the food was excellent....I thought the bands were very good, Adam was particularly popular with the ladies (and even moreso with Guido). I think the special guest singer was also well received!
Dance music afterwards was a little on the rough side....sorry about that....due to unfortunate circumstances, I only had a couple days to replace the DJ who was called away to Beijing! But thanks to a few people who brought CD's, a some still man
After work today, I stopped on silom road and bought 6 CD's for 500 baht. Not knowing **** about techno, trance, dance etc. I asked the girl to suggest a few titles. Sitting here listening to them now. That's 500 baht i'll never see again!
If you're coming to the party on Saturday, and you have GOOD dancing music, please please please bring it with you. I've had a few offers for bits and pieces...but I think it best to suggest you bring your fav's....and keep our feet tappin till the wee hours!
I have a DJ emergency! Mendez has to fly to China...so....looking for someone to take care of the tunes.
Need someone to keep the beat between band sets from 8pm to 12:15 or so....15 minutes here, 15 minute there...when the guys are on break........but more importantly....spin discs from 12:30am to 5 am or so....when the serious dancing will take place! HELP!

This weekend, Pong and I went to Jomtien beach to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and to celebrate our first year together. February 24th is the actual day. Nothing special happened....coffee and breakfast on a nice balcony (something we don't have in bangkok), one day shopping...one day sleeping...home by about 1am every night....but it was 4 uninterupted days just me and Pong.

For those that witnessed my rather messy behavior last night, you'll be glad to know I'm giving up the hard stuff! Last couple of times I've been drunk, I wake up the next day with hours missing from my memory.....unfortunately, this time, Pong tells me I was quite a **** and if not for Cerberus, would have gotten into a fight with a taxi driver.

Well...we got a wee bit carried away with christmas spirit today. A few hours shopping at JJ market will do it sometimes. Stopped streetside at Robinson's in Silom for a few decorations, couldn't stop humming christmas carols all the way home.
