Entertainment attorney Linda Lichterlichter.jpg posted an alarming story on her Facebook blog site this week. It was quoting a woman who had been on vacation a resort where John McCain and his wife were relaxing for a week after his last presidential bid.
Now, it was more than eight years ago, but the alarming part is what the woman (and by default Lichter) had to say about McCain.
Believe it or not, it is related to his current Presidential bid.

Here’s why.

Google.org invested $130,000,000 (venture capital) in eSolar.eSolar is one of a dozen startups that are looking to build solar thermal plants in the deserts of California. While the company says it’s using the lessons of infotech — computing and algorithms — to make low cost modular solar, we were wondering what really makes eSolar stand out? The company has certainly gotten a lot of attention — receiving at least $130 million from Google.org, Bill Gross’ Idealab, and other investors, and inking

Tina Fey returned to Saturday Night Live as Sarah Palin joined by Amy Poehler as Hilary Clinton. Tina was absolutely amazing! When she first started talking I was thinking she was the real Sarah Palin. The resemblance is uncanny and Tina worked on the speech, it was scary… like Sarah Palin suddenly turned into a comedian.http://backseatcuddler.com/2008/09/14/tina-fey-does-sarah-palin-on-saturday-night-live-video/ Pretty Funny
The Washington Post today reports:
An intelligence forecast being prepared for the next president on future global risks envisions a steady decline in U.S. dominance in the coming decades, as the world is reshaped by globalization, battered by climate change, and destabilized by regional upheavals over shortages of food, water and energy.
The report, previewed in a speech by Thomas Fingar, the U.S. intelligence community's top analyst, also concludes that the one key area of continue
500KW PV Power Plant, Mae Hong Song, the only one 500KW in Thailand. How much diesel fuel has this electric plant saved?Or how about PV covered sidewalks and parking areas (plants & beer gardens could be added) in Bkk.BTS platforms and train stations. Just a farm....Unfortunately, this is just a dream in Thailand. It's up to you to make the world as it should be.
The first full scale working prototype should be up and running in the next couple of months. Each tower will produce 50 Kilowatts. Approximately 20 towers can be erected on 1 acre of land. Roughly 1 Megawatt can be produced for every acre of land!- All cheaper than coal. the sun's rays are focued and magnified to super-heat molten salt, which in turn powers the bladeless jet steam turbine. This results in dramatically more energy production than any prior solar technology has been able to achie

This is a story of selfishness and greed, of self-centeredness, envy and the ignorant folly of a person too short-sighted to realize she should count herself lucky because her college education didn’t have to be paid for with the milk of a goat.
The tale could be called: I Can No Longer Afford to Drive My Car.
The vehicle in question is a Land Rover. (2004 Land Rover. Vi

Iraq: It Was Oil, All Along
Saturday 28 June 2008
by: Bill Moyers and Michael Winship, t r u t h o u t | Perspective
Oh, no, they told us, Iraq isn't a war about oil. That's cynical and simplistic, they said. It's about terror and al-Qaeda and toppling a dictator and spreading democracy and protecting ourselves from weapons of mass destruction. But one by one, these concocted rationales went up in smoke, fire and ashes. And now the bottom line turns out to be ...
Tony Markel drives a plug-in hybrid that runs 50 miles per charge, goes 100 miles per gallon and gets power from the sun. If he has his way, you'll drive one too before long.
His 2006 Prius has a lithium-ion battery six times more powerful than the nickel-metal hydride pack Toyota put in it. But what makes the car really cool is the solar panel on the roof. It generates enough juice to go 5 miles.
Markel is a senior engineer at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. He and his colleagues
