The thing is i need to move out from my current appartment soon.

Its TINY and It costs me a living ....indeed.

- ur apaartment/house is located in the area of silom, sathorn, rama 3 or anywhere else that close to the BTS (i live next to Surasak Station)

- my budget is about 5000-6000 not incl electricity & water bills. i currently pay for thb 7000 for 27 sq m (i think) with shallow swimming pool at the rooftop (i end up paying almost thb 10000 a month!)

- would be nice to have a kitchen or balcony ( i love cooking and washing)

- dont really mind me bringing guys back home (ohh im j/k for this one haha)

you can find 3 bedroom houses around soi 50 near on nut station for 7000 bahts , that is what i payed before moving to my new home on suttisarn.

i would gladly propose you to move in as i have 4 bedrooms , but i guess my GF, while extremly open, would not really appreciate it :-~
