Good luck. I unintentionally quit recently. This girl in BKK gave me the flu so the doc prescribed antibiotics to help remedy it. Rules = No alcohol, no smoking for 10 days in BKK. I snuck in a smoke at the halfway point (yes, when there is an interesting looking button, I have to push it) and it caused me to cough all night. I was miserable.

haven't had a smoke since. Anyways, good luck on this new project.
