A really cool thing happened to me yesterday that I will be putting one up for the record books.

It all started Monday night when I proceeded to try and Thai one on with some of my friends.  As my friends who were with me can attest to, I was fairly successful with Thai’ing one on…hahaha.  Not that has ever happened before…hahaha.

Anyway, back to the story.  I lost, dropped or misplaced my cell phone while on my travels that evening.  I thought for sure that I would never see it again and was preparing to go and buy a new one yesterday.  Then, My Bambam101 one received a call from the immigration police stating that they had retrieved the phone from a young illegal migrant.  The office asked for Pam to bring down some proof of ownership to their office.  Pam, supper excited, left work, came home and then proceeded to the station with proof of our ownership.  To my surprise, it was my cell phone and the officer turned it over to Pam accepting nothing more than a very grateful thanks.

A one in a billion chance has given me another reason why I love this country and its people.

I too wish to thank this really cool officer…:)

Lucky bugger. Was getting worried when you disappeared looking for your phone and didn't return. Then my Battery dieed on MY phone, so there only thing I could do, is stay in the pub and bars around the area where I lost you until 4am, hoping you would re-appear. Of course, it was ot my choice to do this, but anything for a good friend:)

Thomas_K,

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday...etc. I really don't think any day would have made a difference...hahaha

khun_lung,

I am lead to believe you are right; however, the young fellow did try to lie where he obtained the phone.
