spring rolls!
I have to admit every time I go out to eat that I love to order spring rolls. There is a thai restaurant in my home town called Esans. Every time I go there I order the shrimp fresh spring rolls. Today when I was watching tv there was a chef that showed how to make them. It was a lot easier than I thought and I was thinking about maybe making a big batch this weekend. The chef on tv used the spring roll wraps, spinach, carrrot strips and samon. However I wanted to use shrimp instead of samon. Also most of the spring rolls that I eat have a cabbage type filling instead of spinach. I was just curious if anyone knows how to make them - if they do could you please tell me what you put inside your rolls. I like to cook and I figure I will try to make a batch this weekend!
