This is hella funny!

When I was a student taking Criminal Law there was this one case where a bunch of guys got drunk and one passed out. One of his "friends" turned him over, pulled down his pants and played "hide the salami" in his rectum. The next morning after everybody had sobered up there was a lot of joking about it. Then the started telling everybody in town. This made the victim go after the rapist and kill him. The issue in court was whether this should be an excused homicide or premeditated murder. The court said that if the victim had killed the rapist the minute he heard about being raped, then more likely the victim would have been guilty only of the lesser crime of manslaughter. But because he waited a few days before killing the guy, the more appropriate charge would be the more serious crime of murder. I guess the moral of the story is if you have to kill someone do it quickly and get it over with! JUST KIDDING!
