I was at On-Nuch waiting for BTS to Phrompong, there was a guy came out of nowhere greeting me, Hi Barbie my name is Kent lets go hanky panky. I smile and told him that I’m in a hurry even though I‘m curious of what hanky panky was. It sound like a kid’s game and fun for me.

Anyone know the exact meaning of this? Anyone know this? Anyone know this?

hanky panky is "silly" and kidding way of saying "having hanky panky with someone" meaning for example touching and rubbing and kissing etc. Just google the term, easy to find out definitions. Funny thing anyway, if not possibly always dangerous also.
