Jealousy is quite negative meaning that means a person who is jealous in a state of mental unstable. I hate to see myself mental imbalance in the midst of confusion and uncertain time of my life it’s changed whom I used to be since it came without notice and seem nothing I can do at this moment but waiting the time to cure.

I wonder if anyone used to be like this and how to handle.…..

Agree with PeterH61 100%. Being jealous is a silly and pointless fear and insecurity. And to the person you are jealous about it, will only serve to push them away. We tend to actually create what we fear.

It's one of the paradoxes of Love that we can spend so long being scared we will never be truly loved...then... when we do actually find that true love, we start to fear that we will lose it.

The other thing to keep in mind that the more you fear, the less you are actually loving that person. Love and Fear cannot co-exist in the heart at the same time.

Time to grow up perhaps.

I read from some articles , it said about be more confident and respect the partners. As long as your partners treats you well... love you load ....it is nothing to be worry about the relation

If you are jealous of another persons relationship with some one you care about, just remember that if your relationship is strong you have nothing to worry about.

If you are jealous of a work situation or anothers possession, remind yourself to keep working hard and your chance will come.

Im not jealous person but i CANT stand my guy flirting to other girls.. really !

Being jealousy...to me..is an excuse just to blame your fate or others that you kind of deserver the same thing or better. Just an excuse !!

How to handle? Don't know about you...but I just have to accept what I have and who I am !! and enjoy every single things tho that means I gotta say why when seeing my ex with the new girl !!

I dont think we can say "negative" or "positive". It depends on people. Personally when I start dating a woman seeing it may become a relationship I always made myself clear.

I cant stand to any form of jealousy.

Nobody ever complaint about my behaviour.

Though I did break up many times with jealousy/affected woman.

It is one of the few things I dont negotiate about.

If a woman needs me to be jealous to feel important I am not the man she is looking for.

If a woman cannot trust me 100 percent she is not the one I would ever stay with.

Stop living in the story of your life....and just live in your life.....
