If you are trying to reply to an sms, don't. Start from the beginning.

try that but if you have tried and it didnt work..then ..hmmm i dont know..

No, you cannot SMS using 009, 008, 001 or any 00. Yo must just use +Country code DROP the zero and then add the number.

Example if a number in the UK is 0123456789 with the country code for the UK being 44, you should sms it to +44123456789

nah Stu...I normally text with 001 and believe me it works i dont have to drop the 0

to prove it..I just did send an SMS with 001 to France and got a reply back and I have done that for all of my life

Really? Satrange. All of my phone contacts overseas, I put them in twice. 009 for calling, and +country codes for texting cause if I try 009, 001 or 00 anything my sms just gets rejeced.

i put both in my phone aswell 009 and 001 never put +something

probably AIS hasn't any agreement with dubai phone company, that's why you cant send sms.

the reverse is possible.

exemple....italy cant send sms to china.

china can send sms to italy.

..that's life
