I think its terrible that the Monarchy are for what is going on but won't speak out against it.

This only adds fire to the PAD who are breaking the law, and it makes a mockery of both the police force and the government, in effect taking all power away from them.

This is trouble.

I am dumbfounded (and sometimes just dumb) that the Queen said this about that.

some may say this means that the Queen (and by proxy the royals?) are in support of something less than a fully elected govt legislature

well, i have no comment about what you guys think and say and I won't delete any comments here, I will leave it to Admin then, it is his website.

My opinion, I don't think the Queen take a side, Nong Bo is just a normal Thai girl, who lost her life in the situation. In my life time I have seen the Queen save many people life by donate money, if someone get hurt cuz of they doing good things for the social such as Christopher, The Queen will support healthcare.

Someone accused that her carried the bomb and it was exploded by itself. I think right now the truth is revealed from the newspaper. That was about the invalid tear gas.

I might post about it later.

Someone blamed her dad to gave a ride to the protest area, and laugh at him (in mind),

I feel its sad that she died, very sad. The tear gas they were using was highly explosive and wouldn't doubt for one minute it could have been that, that killed her.

I don't see that she was a "protector of the monarchy and the country" and believe that this will fuel the PAD and plunge the country into a deeper crisis.

Khun beej, I don't think any comment should be deleted right now.... I'm sorry that I didn't say "risky comments" I hope you know what I mean.

well, your comment that she wasn't a protector of the monarchy and the country is the way that you look.

From the people who were around her said that she care so much about the royal family.

Many people asked if it worth in that people lost their life for the politics problems. I can't answer it, truely... It was up to that person intend to do.

I said once at my birthday party, if my death could make the truth reveal and bring out the peace I would go for it.

the tear gas was not "invalid" the idiot police fired the explosive cannisters AT THE PEOPLE.

that said, the People Against Democracy had gone way beyond peaceful protest.

I guess the Queen just figured that since the PAD were not for democracy that they must be for something... so what could it be? mmmmmmm must be for the Monarchy and the Country!

its a mess. and the royals are not helping, despite their heavyweight status in this boxing match. I wonder if it could mean that the King is ailing seriously and is not up to involving himself behind the scenes. maybe the prince could take a day off from playing GI joe with his kids to read up on what is going on and involve himself to diffuse the situation.

the PPP / pro Taksin people are amassing an army of people to go fight the PAD. some hospitals are refusing to treat policemen who were injured because of their role in this.

its a mess

errr p'Jack...

>>> It's not about the hospitals kha and it's not in the name of PAD., the doctors said that they did it by themselves, and it was all about the sign or signal... if the police take off their uniform, they will get treatment and the exceptional, if they get severe injure.

Link to comment

Oh sorry Dr, just let me take my uniform off, I seem to have 2 broken legs a few missing fingers and my arms snapped in half, might take me a minute, this internal bleeding slows me down a bit.

PETTY BULLSHIT.

Link to comment

I think one could make the case that since the Queen generously donated money to the hospitals to pay for the injured, regardless of which side they were on, that if the doctors refuse to treat the injured it could be another Lese Majeste charge.

Link to comment

The Doctors refuse to treat a Policeman?what rubbish is that?

If that was true it sets a very dangerous precedence doesn't it?just imagine if the doctors never had the support of Police officers?

What sort of democracy are we talking about?

Link to comment

¡éÃÇèҡѹä»...

Actually, The Doctors refuse to treat Policeman in the uniform (They said that) and it's only not serious cases, if they are injured, no matter what in the uniform or not they will get treatment. Is that clear?

actually, I disagree what they are doing... it's against the patient's right.

DUMB! How could anyone judge whether if someone was a 'good person' just bc she died in a ******* protest. You go out looking for trouble and trouble you get. Once again, i dont sympathhize the death.

Would be nice if the queen would attend the funerals of the police too. It bothers me a lot that ppl are trying to make police look evil. We should get to 'vote' on whether or not we prefer for this stupidity to end.

Yes, it's true about the doctors refusing to treat police... it was on the news. But u know what.......... How much can we BELIEVE in the 'news' these days?

And the rest of the article -

"When the Queen and Princess Chulabhorn left the temple after the ceremony, a melee broke out as military commanders were jostled and heckled by PAD supporters.

Security guards had to help army commander-in-chief Gen Anupong Paojinda push his way past the crowds to his car, which some PAD supporters followed and banged on."

It's always a wonderful sign of respect when you start a fight at a funeral!

Link to comment

is the queen sane? is she saying that all the other thai people losing their lives are not worth her time

why didnt the queen attend the funeral of those students who lost their lives in the bus crash?

how about the the pro-government supporter shot in the head by the pad, did the queen go to that funeral?

wasnt their a policeman who lost his life on OCT 7 why didnt the queen visit his funeral, after all the policeman was doing his job by trying to vacate a bunch of armed idiots blocking parliament

maybe the queen missed the shots of bullets being fired at the police, police being run over by pick up trucks and flag poles being used as large machetes

heres a reporters real take on oct 7 , hes one of 3 reporters to actually be caught in the line of fire: the picture of the soldier squaring up to the police just says it all
