Better CEO

Who would be a better CEO (in Thai), Man or Woman?I think it could be man or woman .it depends on the person's education, business sense,the ability to think straight,well informed,be able to work well under pressure, be able to work well with others...So i dont sure how to answer well for this question But in Thai Society accepted Man more than Woman right... That mean woman dont have Equal right like Man?Someone said >> Hermaphrodite ... it's a good choice. Anyway most of them the Society dont admit So right now i feel dumb to answer well for this >> What about you thinks?

Not that Im Thai or live in Thailand but in business sense it would depend on what field you are talking of CEO?

Normally it would be who ever are best qualified for the position and not choosen on sex.

Even outside Thailand ,virtually all CEOs of big corporations are men.Its certainly not just a Thai thing.In the US ,probably the most progressive country with respect to business practices, only a handful of women are CEOs of large corporations-eg Meg Whitman of eBAY .Things r slowly changing in the right direction though....
