I must say that this is almost exclusive to Thailand. Well to be fair i been in a few western countries but never done business in other Asia countries. Some say this culture come from China you tell me. First time it happens i send some shirts for a friend’s maybe 200 at the time and every time i checked the shirts. After sending 10 times I felt the guy can be trusted so i did not check and guess what? A call from the receiver telling the shirts was lower quality.  So the factory instead of keeping me as a customer they made a small profit and never see me again.  Same now I had a girl I send some translating work. She should give me commission not much maybe 2000 THB and she made 10 000 in a 2 days. I have many more customers and she really does not have any more and no money.Why is fast profit vs friends and more money in the future so important for Thais?

I did not get it.... i have more customer for her. Cheap Service? Not really very good money for good service but i am not giving her anymore.

the problem is not thailand, you just have to pick the right partner, thats all :-)

i worked a lot in other countries and Thailand is the only one that do this on so small scale. I am not saying i do not get bad money i am talking about the fact that they settle for not give me the commission and never get anymore work. If they give me the money i will give them more work.
