Yes Aum, becoming a Barista is a lot easier than becoming a Barrister.

Still, if you pass the course, you can always try Cherie for a job in Starbucks. 55555555

Ciao barista now i know where to go for a good espresso in BKK :o)

may seem strange but what makes a good difference with espresso coffee is the water :o)

So thankful it was not food this time as I did not have my lunch yet.. hehe.. Well I do not really drink coffee, but it's interesting to see how it's done :)

Hmmm, it all looks very tasty. There are a lot of subtleties in making specialties coffees.

From what I read they typically use Robusta beans for specialty coffees because of its strong and bitter taste, and they use Arabica beans for the regular cup of coffee because it?s much smoother.

As always, it looks just great. I hope they teach about the different kinds of coffee by region/country, there's a lot understand about it and I think not all coffees are for the expresso machines anyways. Also, that Carnation milk looks to me as "Evaporated Milk", not unsweetened condensed. This milk is liquid texture while condensed is well... condensed haha... Anyways, is the first time I see they put that milk to the coffee to be honest.

Keep on with your great journals Aum.

funky_house>> Bartender... i'm interested too!! but just one thing, if i take that course... how often i can use that knowledge... i dont have much party at home or friends' places... if i can find that chance, i would take the course (moreover, i'm interested in florist course and catering for small party too!) anyway, as i am curious..like trying every menu while i or my trainer making them... if i were taking Bartender, it would be worse than Barista..dont you think?!!! lol

sirjoe55>> water... yes, i like so... i have heard about it too... BUT..do you know where it from? answer: comic book!!! i lke reading japanese cooking comic book : ) i got something there... each source of water (ie. natural water, strainer etc)... different tastes... different sweet and soft (no idea how to describe but something like that)
