àËà àËà (*laugh) I just read comment on my journal this morning, I tried to post reply but bad internet connection at home and office. I think if I posted comment on my previous journal, it wouldn't be cool at all, no one would read it. But before I start, I just wanna update you guys about my current situation, no matter what you wanna hear it or not. This is my journal, come on!! Well, I checked out the TOEIC schedule, they come to my workplace to serve the staff who wanna take TOEIC test but have no time every month. They came today, and tomorrow will be the last day of this month. hrrrrrrrrr... I almost register for tomorrow without preparing... it's ok I think I could do but better read tutor book first. So I ran to "com&ben" office ask if I still have time for renew my score. They said mine would be expire July, 14th grrrrrrrr... "but you are good staff, and your score was pretty good.. we will give you a chance to prepare yourself for the next TOEIC test until the end of next month, means you still get pay from your TOEIC. I hope next time you will get better score (next level of allowance)" YEAH!!! Chaiyo!!! I'm really glad to get that chance. So I went to my Philipino friend's desk, she is the English Instructor here.. nice girl and I think she is very good English Teacher. She said she would help me out. She told me, from what she could see... I don't need to be in class with the others.... cuz of my score. She said I need only advice from her, That's all. No one perfect even native speakers. That's interesting... In my limited time, I don't wanna rip off my 700 baht with nothing.Well, that's all of my today journal... It's time to reply your comments.

4a3f8c467f7c3_bigdaddyoz.thumb1.jpg Level 9 is more of like the equivalent of Band 7 or 8 in IELTS...

I can help you out... Thing is, it'd be just on-line... I'm currently outside of Bkk...

>>> Thks so much kha... but it's really hard to do online. From my slow connection at home. However, it's worth to try.

4a3e30f262308_Twice_shy.thumb1.jpg Any course not packed out with useless brain-stiffling grammar terminology is worth a try... :)>>> lol I really hate grammar, Thai / Eng / Japanese, it's hard for my tiny brain to remember all of them. grrrrrrrrr...

4a22bebd94213_Admin.thumb1.jpg I have no idea what any of these levels really mean, but I do know that you have strong English skills already... >>> Actually, I completed Regular course Level 15, Public Speaking, and 3 Writing couses, plus 2 Advance courses at AUA. before. but that was long time ago... more than 8 years. So I have no idea about Level 9 these days, how hard of if. Thks, sometimes I speak English very good... I mean, speak without thinking in Thai then translate to English then speak... I don't need that process. but sometimes, it's hard to speak, especially, when Thai people are around and speak Thinglish.

4a3e30f262308_Twice_shy.thumb1.jpg Anyway, what is this about not having 'farang' friends??? See you at the next event, Neung!!!!

>>> hehe P'Mark don't be upset na.. I mean close friend, the friend I meet almost everyday, talk face to face, debate, argue, and enjoy with.

(BTW, most 'Native English Speakers' are 'farangs'. But most farangs are not 'Native English Speakers' I think... ;)>>> You are right!!

486689930efd7_babyoiy.thumb1.jpg Did u get higher score than 700 last time? If so, I don't think u would get much less score... and TOEIC test isn't that difficult, you will do it just fine. Maybe just read some brief TOEIC tutor book (I mean a very short one)before go to test is enough. I read grammar text first time and second time I just went to test without reading anything... (that's bad tho')

For me, I don't think I could get any better score than what I got last October so I won't do TOEIC test anymore (different than ur case coz u get extra paid if u made high score but I dont!). In my life I never take any English class except than what I have been taught in school/uni but I'm learning by self and my TOEIC score in 2004 was almost 600 something or even less and in 2008 I got 790. Believe it or not, I'm learning a lot from TF.

I kind of interested in taking some grammar course but I'm still too lazy to find any info but only think it should be good. >>> I read Tutor book already, and test myself already, but it was the new TOEIC, no ERROR section (which I hate). My big problem last time while I took to TOEIC was "I got a pee" really needed to go to the rest room but they didn't let me go out. I lost my all attention to finish the 2nd part "Reading Comprehension" This time I won't miss it. I agree with you about TF, I learnt a lot from here.
