I spent the past few days in Amsterdam, mainly for the football on Wednesday but also to check out a club called Panama on the Friday, which resulted in us missing our flight on Saturday morning.  It cost us 95 euros but thankfully there was one at midday which meant our connection home wasnt missed.Anyway as some of you know the game finished 2-2 with England coming back from 2-0 down at half time.  Here is a selection of photo's from the trip;England fans begin to gather at Dam Square.There was some trouble between rival dutch fans before the game and we were in a pub on Dam square, which was cordoned off by the police for half an hour so we couldnt leave.But the England fans weren't going to let that spoil the party!Time for a photo with some crazy dutch!Teams lineup.There was a minutes applause for the late Sir Bobby Robson.The team had quite a long walk to the dressing room at half time 2-0 down following goals from Dirk Kuyt and Rafael Van der Vaart.7,000 England fans made the trip.Full time 2-2 followin 2 goals from Jermaine Defoe.The day after the game we decided to have a Thai feast near Leidesplein.  It might look a mess but it was really good.Then we went and 'chilled out' for a bit hereThanks for reading!

Nothing like a good Amsterdam coffee shop for 'chilling out' after a game of footie......you would have needed it after that defending lol

I was in Amsterdam last March when there was a match between Holland and Scottland. Have to see that those guys in kilts looked lovely!
