Russ got tickets "Seattle - Korea -BKK"

Asiana airline said Russ 's passport is LOOK TOO OLD if Korea board security DOESN'T LIKE his passport they would send him back to USA.

I asked if they could see anything wrong with his passport,only a reason they gave him "the passport LOOK OLD get replace" even US goverment officer said nothing wrong with it as it is NOT EXPIRE yet.

They need letter say "he goes to BKK for travelling".

airport manager said Asiana airline always give travelers problem also making them to get letters.

The problem is they do not want to get bad record in their career's profile if Russ have to fly back from Korea by Asiana's expense.

once I went to AUS, they said i look so much younger than my photo on the passport. everyone know that passport photo always look bad but they dont .I had to show all documents i had and talked to them for 30 mins (with my poor english)

My passport is in real bad shape, but I've never had a problem with it, even when customs has to manually enter the number because the scanning strip is moldy, and sometimes doesn't scan....lol. I just look at them like what's the holdup, and they get me on my way quickly, moldy passport, and all.......lol.

I was at Belgium Embassy and the guy asked me "the owner of the passport is in Belgium right now?" I was umm "It's mine"

That's odd. I flew with Asiana several times about twelve years ago, and they were a great airline. Never any problem with my passport, which was almost expired, and quite old.
