I practised vegetarian this year, started from 17-27 of Oct. I use 'practise' because its required a very strong discipline as I still live my life daily around with people who eat tasty normal foods while eating is my passion. So having dry-vegies-tofu lunch at work so tortured to me. When at home I ate rice - deep fried peanuts and sause which was fine, soya milk and some snacks went well for me also. Last Saturday, I went to veggie resto and enjoyed my late lunch veggies-tofu style. That's enough to me to released eating stresses of all 10 days that i had practised. on the way.

Eventhough after dancing class on Sunday AAAum has had greasy toriyaki burger at Mos Burger as lunch while i can have just red bean dessert and coffee. I was fine with it. Taking pictures for her foods journal... and then.
