The skyline has changed, the river has changed. It is an underused resource nowadays. You won't see that many tugs and barges on it.

It is even a new London Bridge ( the last one was sold to a rich american), but most of those buildings and monuments are still there.

That building directly in front in the view crossing London Bridge is now a House of Fraser store. Funnily enough I walked across London Bridge and back yesterday afternoon. Cold and wet. :(

I finally had a chance to look at this - very impressive...

It's sad that so many of these beautiful buildings were leveled in 1940-1941.
