hi hitoday is my bro's birthday... so he asked me to cook him dinner... fine! if he would ask me since morning... not 03.30 pm which i havent prepared anything yet...even myself!nothing in fridge... nothing in my headwell, have to get dressed and go shopping... the new idea comes up... to save time, if i have a shortcut, that would be nice
here it is...

Menu 1: Potted Shrimps in Rice Vermicelli
... shrimps
... pork fat
.... slice
... fresh matured ginger
...slice
... spring onion
... vermicellito mix with this...
... then
... and... time to cook
... put sliced pork fat first

... then wait... not sure how long exactly... because i am busy for preparation of another dish... maybe 7-8 minsbetter check time to time

... you can have it with spicy saucemy suggestion: i like this instant powder... nice smell and good taste... highly recommend!Menu 2: Green Curry

... put sweet basil in the pot... and serve
... done!my suggestion: i think it's convenient, but its taste is too creamy... i dont like. To compare with my recipe (you can check my old journal) which i use fresh coconut and green curry paste... the taste is much better... but it takes longer time to prepare... so it's your choice.Menu 3: Garlic Shrimp

my suggestion: good taste... highly recommend!Menu 4: Fried Minced Pork... my favorite dish... i love it : )you might remember, if you ever check on my journals... this time, as per the request of my coworkers, i do it again

... mix with salt, oyster sauce, white pepper, black pepper, sugar, fish sauce, garlic and coriander seeds

... for testingi think it's not salty... but i leave it as that because i gonna keep it in fridge and cook it tomorrow... then my pork would be ready (more salty)oh! my godness, just know NOW...i forgot EGGS!!! (egg makes minced pork stick altogether)... but, well, it's fine : )hope you enjoy your dinnergood night
