How Well Do You Speak English?

I was listening to a podcast where some guys were talking about outsourcing to various countries in Asia. They suggested giving prospective employees the following test to determine if their English skills are advanced enough to do the work for them.

Since they rely heavily on their employees to write articles and communicate in English their threshold is 80%. Anything below 80% won't even be considered for a job.

It's a rather simple test for native English speakers but I'm guessing this might be a tad more difficult for others since it really focuses on verb tense and proper grammar. Those also happen to be where you can most notice whether or not someone is a native English speaker just by reading what they write so I guess it's a pretty effective test for someone looking for people who can effectively communicate in English.

Give it a shot . . . post your scores below.
