Loburt
Just got a message from Admin: He will soon create a Forum section for Games. Posts in that section will not show up on the Latest Forum Posts on the main index page. So as soon as Admin gets to it, you'll have your Word Association Game and others back. Enjoy, and play to your heat's content.
khun_lung
Well done, Lobutt. I hope it doesn't have to be all word games! My mind is scheming already! <evil grin>
Gigabyte
I couldn't run TF without our moderators. So before you bashing a mod or cry "abuse of power" in a forum or journal post, ask yourself where TF would be without them. Yes, exactly... khun_lung
To Admin: I believe that most of the messages posted in the "Abuse" thread were intended as being constructive. I also believe that as members, if we perceive an injustice or questionable use of authority by the Mods, individually or collectively, that we should be granted the privilege of discussing it openly to create better understanding and communication, and even in some cases to cool tempers. I join with you in saluting the Mods who work mostly without the credit they deserve for making TF a better place. And not least, thank you for responding so quickly and so positively to implement a viable compromise to the "gamers". Well done by you, and by the Miod team. pr0nmaster
yup........tf is a far cry from the sleaze pit that it potential could end up being..... for an example of an unmoderated thai forum/chat room...go to check out bangkokchat....(www.thaivisa.com)......very dodgy to say the least... so for that I think the moderating system is an excellent and important part of tf....... but there also exists a scenario of an over-moderated internet forum......and not to state the obvious...a bit of criticism is healthy to avoid moderaters from simply banning/locking anything not interesting to them.... not rocket science really...
