Damnam1
At the moment here are a couple of top-manager on the market. 1 José Mourinho - three years with FC Chelsea and lots of England experience 2 according to "The Times" even german Juergen Klinsmann is a candidat; 3 not to forget Marcello Lippi or 4 Fabio Capello, both jobless. 5 even Eriksson may return.. However- if anybody can manage to lead Englands football out of the crisis, then this man will be the saviour of the nation.

Katoom
Jose! http://www.football365.com/story/0,17033,8652_2925888,00.html As we have avoided Portugal in the WC qualifiers, it looks like he may actually be interested in light of the lack of top European club posts at the moment. This, combined with the fact there is a derth of top managers around at the moment, could see a marriage of convenience for the FA and Morinho. At least he would almost guarantee qualification even if he would not likely commit any further. I think it would all hinge on us also avoiding Portugal in the WC for him to stay on for the finals. We may have to suffer being boring to watch but at least he could get us back some confidence and pass the team on in a fitter state than any predecessor in recent times. Bring it on I say...
