PeeMarc
A few years ago, i lived in a big old house in the jungle in Singapore. I learnt very fast that, in those kinds of environments, you don't grow a garden, you have to keep cutting it all the time. So, i bought myself a decent chainsaw. Never had one before and I have to say it was a great 'toy' to have. Before that, my favourite 'toy' was my new mountain bike. What's your favourite toy? zeusbheld
#1, still the laptop. i work on it, play on it (football manager 2008, trolling the TF forum) get my news on it and stay in touch with all my friends who don't happen to be in thailand (which is somewhere around 95 percent). 2nd favorite is the cat. i especially like playing 'foot-Bart'--the object of which is to dribble him across the floor and boot him through the bathroom door for a goal (strangely, he enjoys this) 3rd is ipod. although i view it more as a necessity than toy. 4th favorite is camera (nikon d80) but haven't felt like taking pictures lately. took it to vientiane and never got it out, it seemed too much like work somehow. 5th is passport. beyond that i don't like things very much, and usually end up getting bored with them and selling them. although next big paycheck i'm gonna get a tube amp and speakers for the aforementioned ipod. Brilliant! Thanks Zues
R.Win
Notebooks, no doubt about it. Even if I could label a person as a toy it would still be the notebook.

My PowerBook used to be considered a 'toy'. But really it seems to be more like its attached to my arm somehow
