digitalcat Posted July 3, 2009 Report Share Posted July 3, 2009 I ran into a couple a few days ago, typical old farang dude and of course young thai wife he just brought over from the mainland. interesting talk with farang dude when his wife was in the store. he asked me about the thai community in the area, i told him there was quit a bit of Thai ppl in this area. I think his wife doesnt really want to hang with other thai ppl, i think there is a perception of her being with such an old farang dude. She looks typical poor thai girl who see farang as a means of making a living or a ticket out of poverty. which is fine, because everyone deserves to better their life even if they have to marry and old farang dude.
