Well...How can I be nice and sweet when people are not doing their jobs? I gotta play mean sometimes when it's needed.

I'm sure being a boss is not easy... imagine how to warn your staff about something or how to tell describe why only lil bonus.

Not sure between being the boss but not the God boss and being a God boss, which one is easier.

the boss : one whom working in for a company and have to make sure your staff are comply with company's policy and he/she surely has someone as a boss too.

the God boss : the owner/founder, no one bigger than you and every baht the company make and spend is only YOURS.

lol...great journal! i've been a one man band now for several years...very little could ever make me change that now...

Excellent journal! :-) I was more of a friendly supervisor, and I am lucky to have a laid back boss now. But I think that makes me more lazy! LOL!!!!!

there are good and bad bosses... I prefer the good ones though
