OK.....now is the perfect time to serve a dessert wine.. ..could be a sauternes..or a muscat...tokaji or an ice wine....

bananas with cinnamon and vanilla ice cream :

50 gr butter 

40 gr  brown sugar

1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon

40 gr   dark rum

40 gr Creme De Banana Liquor

2 ripe bananas (peeled and quartered)

Stir butter with sugar and cinnamon in a pot over medium heat until melted.  Add  liquor and dark rum , simmer until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.  Add bananas and stir to coat.  Scoop ice cream into dishes.  Spoon sauce and bananas over and serve..

I hope you will never forget this evening and that it can be a great test for the power of aphrodisiac foods!
