If you can pay that rate , it is a good price.

I don't know the private rate in BKK, but when I taught in Korea, I charged 1000 - 1,500 baht per hour for children, and 2000 baht per hour for company employees.

200 baht per hour is a good price.

It might be cheaper and better , in the long term, if they enrolled in a language school , instead of studying privately.
