After down for couple hours yesterday, i think i am back alive and lively now... thanks guys for your concern and some msgs cheering me up and hbkbkk's caricature, as said in my post i look better in it... eieieie.. This is a side note for J. that i think my jrl inspired him to become more intellectual ....

Went away to Shanghai the past weekend, it was ok tho, not much to see there.... i guess that's cos my last 3 trips were in the chinese zone. Shanghai is a big business city, only see the highrise buildings everywhere and the condominium and service apartment are still under the construction. Been told that chineses cant own the property, all the property will belong to the government eventually no matter how many new biuildings keep coming in the market, so all they can do is just lease it. For couple days there, never seen the house like in the neighbourhood developing area like in BKK, guess its not allowed either. Yeah so far Shanghai is probably be the only developped in China, almost like Hong Kong but still couple years to go to be as close..

Was in Old Shanghai, i like that square, just like to see old buildings and something local.. walked around the street... its nice... that part made me feel like i was in real Shanghai.... the Yuyuan garden is awesome, just cant tell by the outside that the place is so big inside and very complex and complicated, there are many small rooms in every corner.... i cant believe that the water in the pond was that emeral green...

Took half day river cruise on the Huangpu River, its quite interesting... more than half long both sides of river bank are for the containers and big ships that come from the sea..... there was also F1 Hydrofoil Boat Racing... i just happened to be by the river and got chance to watch it... first time that the race took place in Shanghai, kinda awakward arrangement and from the paper the ticket was so damn expensive.

If i have to ask myself, if i like it there?? nah.. i dont quite like it and felt lost cos i cant read the signs on the street, very rare chineses would speak English not even in the shopping mall.... feel like a stranger there....so now am good at calculating and animating with my hands... especially when shopping....... :P and now back and broke one more time... cant believe i bought 3 pairs of shoes in one day.... think i was out of my mind that day.. there was one street that i really love cos the whole street is full of shoe shops.... i just love it!!

BTW, met Bam's friend (someone said he is her left over guy and i suppose to take him -- very funny)... nah.!! dont think so... lol.. he is nice guy but very "kuan teen" anyway he shown me around the first day i got there... its cool....

I guess thats about it.. till later

Damn it kitty. You rarely write this much. Couldn't you just cut and paste some others diatrabe. I actually had to print this so I could take it home and read it in the approprite place. Buwat uht lao.

J/K- but I really did print it to read later. So proud of her J! Arn't you. Anyone for movies with me and the Mrs this weekend before I head to The Nam. Maybe we could take in a good viewing of We WERE SOLDIERS to get me in the mood. Or better yet- The Big Labowski.

I have business friends in Shanghai. Chinese can buy private property in Shanghai, but not the land. The real estate market in Shanghai has been red hot last two years increassing 50%. A new 2 bedroom flat costs about 8M Baht. There is major construction going on in Shanghai, Beijing and Chonginq.
