Its called a large Rice Krispy.Probably came from a very old packet and got stuck together.Its an American delicacy.

i buy it in korat all the time, its a rice cake with a kind of caramel coating on it. its pretty sweet

The closest thing to that is called Rice Krispie Treats in farangland.... It is Rice Krispies cereal, butter and melted marshmallows... Not sure if that is what you are eating there though...
