Well, I had a blast on my Philippines trip. I did many things and met many really nice people. I can recommend anyone to take a trip there as the people are more than welcoming to you!

I will just touch on the parts that pertain to TF in this journal as jet lag is still kicking my butt.

I got a call from Brien (BJ) to meet him and his lovely fiancee Fe (Oliviar_Arnado) at his hotel lobby for some drinks and merry. Ronie (VV) and I took a cab to Ermita’s and met them there. Brien and Fe are such wonderful people and I am very glad that we met! Ronie and Fe don’t drink alcohol, but that didn’t stop Brien and me from, “Throwing back a few!” I really have to say that Brien is an expert at the art of handling and consuming the alcoholic beverage .

We talked quite a bit and got on very well. I signed all the tabs with “Tom Cruise” and Brien signed his with “Brad Pitt” and the waitresses all agreed that we looked strikingly like those movie stars. Hey, who were we to argue? Lol. After that we decided to walk over a couple of blocks to a corner club for more merry. The place was packed to the gills and no room for us to sit down anywhere, so we walked across the street to the Butterfly club. It was a nice place, but a little dead there so we moved to the Amazonia club.

From the time we walked into the club until we left, we had a complete blast. I saw Brien decide to dance and watched him disappear slowly under the table. A few seconds later he slowly reappeared making his dance moves. I must admit that I’ve never seen these dance techniques before, but all that were watching loved them. Hey Brien, I think you have started a dance craze in the Philippines hahaha.

I can’t remember too much more of the evening because I tried to keep up with Brien in drinking and of course lost badly lol. I do know that we all had such a great time though! I met Brien and Fe one more time at there hotel lobby for more drinks and fun just a day or so before I went home. I really look forward to the day we can all get together again as Brien is a fantastic guy and Fe is such a lovely lady to be around.

I also want to give a big thank you to Ronie for making sure that I was always ok and had a great time in the Philippines! She is a phenomenal lady!
