A post bourbon Sunday needs something soft and fluffy that wont increase the hangover pains. So, after a frustrated flick through the vinyl, I dug out some Donovan to soothe the savage beast. Glasgow born Donovan produced some of the trippiest pscyhedelic pop of the 60's and, inevitably, saw his career reborn in the rave scene of the 90's. Here are a few choice tracks for a mellow sunday...

My favorite of his is "Wear Your Love Like Heaven," which has been covered by a few current artists. Another one I like is "Jennifer Juniper." All great stuff!

After the way you lot played at Twickers yesterday I can undxerstand the "yellow", but "mellow"??? Definitely not
