Pork Stew.... wannabe

hey hey hey.... how are you?besides being like a jelly fish... i am ok....DSC_0097.jpganyway, i wont tell why i were in green... but because of that... i had to stay home since Wednesday.... of course, nothing to deal with Red-Shirt party.... but luckily i didnt have to go out and faced the traffic jam/ gridlock. I have dedeicated my time to CSI miami year 6.... and now i'm on CSI newyork year 4...well, to make myself a bit useful, i moved my ass to the kitchen and did something "YUMMY"here we go...well, nothing much in fridge... have to use just what i currently haveDSC_0101.jpg ... porkDSC_0102.jpg .... Mr.Potato Head(s)DSC_0105.jpg... carrotsDSC_0112.jpg...onionDSC_0107.jpg... roots of cilantroDSC_0110.jpg... garlicDSC_0113.jpg ... garlic & roots of cilantro... use mortar & pestleDSC_0114.jpg.... done!DSC_0117.jpg... salt & black pepperDSC_0121.jpg ... put them together DSC_0130.jpg... sour sauce & soy sauceDSC_0131.jpg... altogetherDSC_0133.jpg... errrrr...that's my CLEAN handDSC_0134.jpg .... oop! almost done...IFDSC_0137.jpg... i dont forget sugar : )DSC_0138.jpg... not spicy enough... more pepper, sour sauce and soy sauceDSC_0141.jpg... done... wait about 20 minutes... coffee break for nowok...second round begins...DSC_0144.jpg... butter ... we can use soybean oil and whatever... but butter makes better smell errrrr...my frying pan is so old... since i was born... can u believe that? : )DSC_0135.jpg ... square carrot and potatoDSC_0145.jpgDSC_0146.jpg... till they almost cooked and put pork thereDSC_0147.jpg... not too long... just almost cookedDSC_0148a.jpg ... then put it in the pot ... add stock soup... spend about 30-40 mintues... till soup gone... and it's intenseDSC_0154.jpg ... finish : )DSC_0161.jpg   DSC_0163.jpgi gonna try another menu tomorrow...let see : )DSC_0168.jpg .... HuH!... Capuchino with whip cream if i dont get fat today... when it would be... maybe tomorrow never comes... ; p

well not as much garlic, no carrots, but definitely cilantro

black beans, pork, and smoked sausages serve with white rice and sides like torresmo (pork rinds) farofa (coarse cassava flour) not spicy my grandmother used to make it every sunday for family dinner

We use turnip (I looked it up on internet for translation) and we add beer (preferable a dark and sweeter kind of Trappist). 30 min. before it's done we add a slice of bread covered with mustard). Cheers. No way we put cilantro or worcestershire sauce.

in italy there is something that look like it......we use pork or cow too, maybe in more light version.
