People think that planning a romantic dinner its : music, flowers candles ...but they don't think about the importance of  aphrodisiac foods!!!Down   the ages and across  different cultures some foods got a reputation for being aphrodisiacs.  Ancient Greeks, , have the first written record of aphrodisiac foods.  Seventh   century,  gave more credence to foods and their powers.  Americans indian  passed down from generation to generation,  many of the same mysterious powers attributed to foods.  Anyway , even there are  historical and cultural records  about it... .  there is a lack of scentific evidence.  so in any case you will need to be the judge!  Organize a romantic aphrodisiac dinner  as  an event.  Serve it in courses, over the entire evening. Plan ahead and prepare everything in advance, so that   you will  also relax and enjoy the evening.  Do something so incredibly special for your lover ........ so that she/he will never forget .............

Rules:

find a relaxing time for both...plan with at least 10 days advance..( There is power in creating expectations)switch off the phoneprepare everything with Love and  let your partner know it..(he/she will feel very loved and special knowing that you are putting so much time and energy into a dinner just for them)Prepare the house : spotless... candles....soft music... flowers....   and more with your fantasy...  aphrodisiac foods : Vanilla ,Almonds, Mustard,Avocados, Basil,Oysters, Bananas, Chocolates, Carrots, Garlic, Pine Nuts, Ginger, Honey, Licorice,  Nutmeg,  Pineapple, Raspberries and Strawberries, Asparagus,Truffles,  WINE (Champagne is my favorite for a romantic dinner and the most aphrodisiac) etc.Don't think Its difficult to make a dinner with these ingredients... just make it with love........ from tomorrow some recipes...... CHEERSClau
