Is through his belly!!!!!!!!!Believe me this really is true and the ONLY thing I missed from the UK when I was over in Thailand was some well made homely food. Don't get me wrong I love Thai food,but I also love Indian, Italian, British, French in fact all food from all countries. I may have been unlucky but a lot of the restaurants I tried that were not Thai in BKK just didn't seem up to scratch to me  (I worked as a chef for several years so I know my way round a kitchen quite well),  I reckon most of you could cook better than those tourist restaurants I found my self in over in Thailand. So I thought I would share this site with you. I read about it in a web design magazine today where they called the site "Facebook for food lovers". The site is http://www.mydish.co.uk/It has loads of recipe's on it that all look pretty great to me. I know I am going to be trying a few out. Ian Tried to do that before in a forum but I think it got over looked by the usual ranting that goes on in their.

f they start one again though I will be happy to bring some of my dishes to the table so to speak. I can sometimes manage to open beans with sausages to go on my toast rather than just beans. Classy eh!
