The difficult part of Belly Dancing is the art of body moving. Belly dancing is categorized into erotic dance, if the movements arent correctly you could be looked like dirty dancing or ugly coyoty dancer.

Actually 'lifting *****' is lifting your hip forward (the instructor must makes things easy to understand for her students), there are also have raise hip, drop hip and lifting backward as you saw in vdo. which are called isolate body parts. Anyway, its fun exercise.

For someone who asking for pictures, err.. please dont imagine of flat firmed ab / belly, remember we are just amateur.

Its nice and comfy afternoon tea event, good fun chat dragged us grouping up untill 08.30 pm. As you can see cake and bakery were not much eaten .. we were busy chatting, laughing!
