Just a quick update on this Saturdays Europe v ROW pool challenge.The game will take place at The Sportsman bar www.bangkokpoolbar.com (next to the Dubliner) this Saturday.The plan is to meet up at 3pm to start the comp around 4, although tables are available free for practice from noon onwards, happy hour beer is 75 baht also.Not so many signed up from TF so far but we do have around 16 players and anyone else is welcome to join. Victor (Admin) Meldrew has spent many a sleepless night putting together a fine ROW team, whilst Ciaran has been rounding up every sexy Thai female player in the Bkk pool league trying to convince them to have a little bit of European inside them just for one day ! Roll on Saturday i say.......EUROPE EUROPE EUROPE !!!

Anyway, she's coming down. Funny thing - when I met her I used to win EVERY game. However, she has problems playing on a 9' table so maybe I should only play her outside her own bar!

Good stuff - I will try and get her a fake Euro passport so she can play in our team!

Format will be (depending on how many players we have) singles - doubles - then another round of singles, played on 2 tables. May have a separate singles comp to save anyone from sitting around, again depending on numbers and free tables.
