If

- you already has Master degree

- your work already allow you to travel abroad sometime

- You got promotion  and your position look not so bad

- Your salary is not much but not so bad

- Your colleague and boss are really good.

However, in the same time you got admitted to study in Sweden 1 year for Master degree (but in different field)

Will you leave Thailand for study??

is the degree free? if so do it, you will get a better job and higher social status.

if not stay where you are if you are happy

my previous boss said if you found the benefit of job from what you going to get when compare with your current one most of all positve you just take it

change into a field you want, or definitely boost you in this one

why dont you go to your boss's room (or HR manager) and ask him/her whether the compamy has a policy to support this kind of situation....

you can leave without pay... or you can leave with pay for specific period (1 year)....

for the details... you have to work it out...

and this is common for any big company
