A friend of mine once saw a motorbike breaking a police check and at the next stoplight, the police guy came running out of his little house, pointing his gun right in the face of the motorbike driver.

How hard is it to hit them?

You could just hold the bat out in front of them and let them hit it!

Mind you it's ******* stupid to deliberately knock people off bikes. The penalty for reckless driving isn't death or disfigurement.
