I am very quick in having a change of heart.

A few weeks ago, I made a decision to take up a job offer at this one global company. The job is exactly the same as what I am doing now, with better incentive plan, a more organized structure and more stability. I didn't feel too good about the change, but looking at option logically from all aspects, it was the right thing to do.

Today something triggers me to start my doubt if it was right going against my gut feeling. I want to stay at this current job, but with all the internal bullshits, I am facing, it doesn't seem like the right decision. The promise that I waited for the past 4 months is finally fulfilled. I now start asking myself again, if I should stay or go.

With the employment contract at the new company already signed, vacation plan that have been made, I really do not know what to do.

Grab the new opportunity with both hands and run with it. Of course starting a new job can be nerve racking, but try to be confident and don't think too much.

See it as a new chapter to see what else you are capable of.

Good luck.

The new job provides more stability. That is a big factor. Look at it in the framework of how much BS you put up with in the current job, then consider how less you will have to put up with in the new job. After what you have been putting up with, you'll be able to handle anything the new job throws at you with no problems.

You've been paying your dues, it's now time to move up the ladder with the new job.

thanks guys for all your input. I was thinking things through, and I will move on to the new job. I think I am trapped in my comfort zone and wanting to stay to make things easier. But I am basically wasting my skills and my ambition staying at the same place. I am afraid that I'd get used to this comfort zone and won't be able to leave later.

I always believe things happen for a reason. If I don't get what I want in this instant, it'd normally lead me to something bigger and better. It may sound a bit weird but that's what normally happens to me. Let's see where this decision will lead me. It might not be easy, starting a new job, and planning for my big day at the same time. But I'll surely pull through. ^_^

I miss writing my blog here. I love my (specific) group of audience/reader. Thank you for reading and for sharing your thoughts with me. Have a great day/evening wherever you are.
