This is the kind of **** that you only see in Japan. In any other country in the world, the woman would grab the guy, kick him in the beanbag, and 10 guys would beat the living **** out of him and the guy holding the camera. But in Japan they have a head-in-the-sand attitude and you'll almost never see guys intervene, even when a woman is clearly being molested or bothered by some idiot on the train. Just part of the culture of non-confrontation or something, I guess.

Anyway, this is the kind of thing that passes for softcore porn here, and you could even see crap like this on TV until about 10 years ago. Doesn't even raise an eyebrow over here.
