so i would love to hear your opinion about thier nature, integrity, flexibility, business culture etc. or things i should aware of or any tip?

and any experience?

Actually sorry...I've never done direct business with anyone from Vietnam.

After living there 2 years, and knowing most of the country and so many people around there, I can safely say I would never do business (that I could count on as viable) in Vietnam or with Vietnamese.

If its dabbling for fun, and just wanting experience, then ok. Great.

But, always gamble with what you are prepared to lose.

i remember that... and thinking of it...

doing in business must always prepare to lose... so now... i need to prepare myself for minimizing leaks
