zeusbheld
paul... please explain... i dont understand... zeusbheld: pun on zeus beheld, i saw the name on the back of an old (vinyl, that's how old) record about 10 years ago. the greek gods have fallen off quite a bit in popularity and it might be assumed that cloud-gathering, storm-bringing zeus would have to find a day job. maybe in an office somewhere. that same zeus might in fact noodle away his work day online... up to you, gentle reader, to decide whether i am in fact that zeus... also works as "zeus be held"... zeus had a bad rep on mount olympus, any child in greece born out of wedlock was blamed on him. i suspect that they weren't all his, but hard to disprove that hercules fellow. there's a song by cake that has the line "zeus was a womanizer, always on the make, but hera usually punished her that zeus was wont to take" as is typical of that band the slander (or is it libel?) was thrown in randomly the rest song isnt about zeus' philately.. i of course am not at all like that... i'm a pristine and virginal zeus, an upright and proper version of zeus, regardless of what my reputation in new york (and shanghai, and amsterdam, and beijing and now, probably bangkok) might suggest. Chris
chrisghent coz christoph = first name shortened to chris (even though I hear ChriT a lot over here but that sounds better than ChrissetoP) :-) ghent = city I lived at in Belgium, in my language it's called gent, but in english it becomes ghent plain and simple chrisghent

CuTieGirL
I just go with the email I have. So, it'd be easy to remember. When I was younger, I got people called me 'cutie' a lot. (Is it because....asian names are hard too pronouce?) Well....I have other email too....But if I use that email name, you guys probably be laughing..... khun_lung
Okay, well, in the old days my e-mail used to be [email protected]. But when that got less reliable I switched to Yahoo and didn't want to be Mike_42749! And some of my online friends had fondly called me "Uncle Mike". In Thai khun_lung means "uncle" and so I took this name in Yahoo and also here...ummm...Thai words are so much easier to get in Yahoo and Hotmail than Western words. In hotmail I'm pylom. No special reason for that other than the same reason as Yahoo - too hard to find a unique Western name. Well, "py lom" in Thai is the English equivalent of "flatulent". Why? Just to be funny, I guess. So there you have it!

Pompoy
Hi My screen name Pompoy, or as some say that it is written - Pumpuui, is because that`s what I was called by some in Thailand It means FAT  After my first trip to Thailand, in june 2004, I got printed "POMPOY" on some t-shirts but the thing was that no one in Thailand did understand it So if anyone can show me how to write pompoy/pumpuui in Thai language/letters I would be very very happy. That way I can print new T-shirts for my next trip to Thailand, hopefully in not to long time You can send it to my mail eighter here at ThailandFriends or at home, [email protected] Thank you all for reading.
