CHiong!! Means to go all out or party till u drop! We use it in typical Singlish eg. Hey tonight want to go and chiong or not? It means that hey do you want to go and party the whole night?

or

During a race, hey we are reaching the finish line let's chiong for it. Buffet table- Hey let's chiong for the food. Means to rush for the food.

KIASU- to describe people that love to over do things or over react. eg. Ann's so kiasu she brought a raincoat and an umbrella with her. Or she is so kiasu she gives her kids english.maths,chinese tuition everyday!!

When I used to stay in LA.. they used to say on the rebound quite a bit... and my dad loved that phrase.. let's pick up the pizzas/ice-cream on the rebound.. Cause then he would forget it on purpose on the way back... and we learnt later that whatever he said that we were on the rebound.. we could sort of forget it!! :):( :cry: :lol: :roll: :wink: :cry: :x :?

Panna = waht they use in Suriname for "bad luck" as in loosing your face when somebody for examples plays the ball through your legs at soccer.

Jonku temmen = "to tame a jonku" which means smoke some weed or marihuana

Kill = a way of saying dude instead of the dutch word kerel

Cowlow Baggarah = a**hole whitey, used by many black people in Holland

Swah = Friend

Smah = Female friend

most of these words are actual words but slang as well
