Dave40
Go the kitten you don't have to clean up after them!!!
vacanti373
Dogs are better . but Dave40 is right. You don't have to clean up after cats. Puppies will piss and crap all over your sofa and bed ...everywhere! and if you really want to go "all out" you can teach your cats to use the toilet, as i did! no more dirty bad smelling Sh*t boxes! Ammy
I always prefer cats as they are more independent pet than dogs and i can bear with their poo better than dog's poo ewwwwwwwwwwww :x
CMG_UK
Go kitty go, though Persians have high maintenance fur.
joz_sling
for the cat's hair allergic people like me....i go for puppy  and another reason is, i don't like the character of the cat...they are always unpredictable and snob (well, this's only my opinion) so puppy is better.... at least they are more friendly and reachable. even though u have to clean them of every week and take them a walk everyday...but that's worth to do...if you don't want to do this thing with your pet, don't take them in the first place. Emanager
Well I have both a dog and a cat, and I will choose cat do to the reason that it is less hassle. You don?t have to clean up after it, don?t have to walk it and easier to have them placed away when you are going on holidays. But choos wisely if you want Persian kitty, some types of the Persian kitty must be groomed and have their nose cleaned and so on many times a week. A dog is good if you want to go for walks every day, and is more faithful or cuddling.
bryanwhat
I agree, a cat is less maintenance, and small dogs bark like crazy which would p*ss me off very quickly.
Dr_Sassy
Been a cat person for more than 20 years because I love animals that play hard to get and it's my challenge to get my cats some attention. I am a Leo, so there is a logic behind that. Used to hate dogs coz I got bitten when I was a kid but got a chance to own 1 little Chihuahua this year, she's adorable so I think pure attention from dogs is not that bad I'd go for kitties tho

vacanti373
I went to pet festival few days ago , and found a very cute persian kitty ....really love her....I am thinking about having new puppy ...and then I found this persian kitty....very very cute ! Have'em both  My mom has 8 cats & 4 dogs at the moment You will be surprised how cats & dogs get along very well and they do taking care of each other. At least I saw that happens with my cats & dogs back home that's right.. have them both. they usually can learn to really get along together! (as long as you don't have a mean dog, that hated cats all its life) at my moms house right now there are around 8 cats and 4 BIG dogs
rilly
cats are lower maintenance, dogs are more affectionate but dirty. Love my Golden Retriever, but i wish she would get that slobber under control! I find that dogs get excited about everything, but cats seem to get excited about escape... -RilINjuH! Mikee_Moose
As both a cat and dog owner here, I have to say, that as an apartment dweller its much easier to have a cat. Not to mention quieter. The other issue is that to walk a dog on most Bangkok streets you need to carry a VERY large stick and be constantly on the lookout for packs of soi dogs that attack without provocation. I love my dog, but he is a pain in the arse most of the time. Barks continuously at nothing and is basically a mess. The cat on the other hand has a great personality and loves mixing it up with the dog. Usually she provokes him into a chase. But she is clean and easy to handle and doesnt require my constant attention. Which suits me fine. Thats my two satang.
