I am one who doesnt have times to take care of myself that much I dont do exercise I'm not on a diet and eat whatever i want I'm too lazy to put on my facial cream...and body lotion (what are the brand you're using anyway) Well I'm getting old as well as others.. but I wanna stay young (physically). I pop in when it gets close for my trip to Thailand ( hehe ). A couple showers a day, a splash of deodorant and some "CARE" powder and quick scrub on the pearlies, and thats it. LadyVin Posted April 20, 2007 Report Share Posted April 20, 2007 Eat healthy foods.. avoid junk foods .. play some sport ( Yoka, badminton, bowling, etc..) depends on my mood though.. sometimes i'm too lazy .. but dancing is a good exercise anyway Not smoking .. Drink lots of water.. not much liqueur stuffs try to do some DETOX sometimes .. sleep as much as i can but i always have trouble sleeping :cry: i'm addicted to those body lotions just love the smell and smooth skin Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
