MisterMatlock
When I make the flight from Thailand to Canada (or vice versa), I don't sleep at all until I get to the destination country. When it's time to sleep there, I sleep. Feels like hell, but I'm usually good to go within 2 days. No clue on what to do once you have jetlag though... English_George
Hold on..... A recent study in hamsters showed that sildenafil (known commercially as Viagra) aided in a 50% faster recovery from shifts comparable to eastward travel experienced by humans and was effective starting at low doses.[3] However, this use has not been tested in humans and is considered an off-label use by the drug's manufacturers. ....I need a hamster and some viagra ...then what do I do? ..

It takes me almost three weeks before my sleep patterns are back to normal. BTW. Melatonin is supposed to help reduce jetlag recovery time.
