COCONUT & CHOCOLATE TIRAMISU

Very hot here in these days...so today I share something easy and really fresh..... cheers lemon Granita: 750 gr water 375gr sugar 250 gr freshly squeezed lemon juice Combine water and sugar in a small sauce pan over low heat and stir until sugar is dissovled. VODKA LIMONCELLO ( or MANAO ello ) : )

Cold Spaghetti with Lobster and basil infused Olive Oil + dessert

500 gr. of spaghetti (better Barilla) extra virgin olive oil 120 gr. fresh basil 500 gr. of cherry tomatoes salt and pepper zest of 1 lemon 3 lobsters (about 500 gr each) cooked and chopped (or same ammount of prawns ) Cook the spaghetti and allow to cool on a sheet pan sprinkled with olive oil.
